Who does WordPress?

Is there a typical ‘WordPress Training person’ profile and is that person shortcutting? Should they be encouraged and empowered to do it themselves?

WordPress is a web publishing system, be it for a blog or a website and it sums up what the web has been about from day one, i.e. sharing knowledge and empowering people – only now it’s different. Cutting edge and sophisticated websites remain the domain of experienced and talented experts in their creation but any attempts to stifle mass take up avaialable and growing technology is doomed before it starts.
